About Us

Isha Neufeld is the founder of IKN HR Consulting and an established HR professional with over ten years of experience in both the private and public sectors.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. She has achieved her Canadian and American designations as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) from CPHR Manitoba, and as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She firmly believes in the value of lifelong learning and is always striving to improve herself both personally and professionally.

​Isha is passionate about helping others and giving back to her community. For the past 10 years, she has volunteered in the non-profit sector and has played key roles such as committee member, board member and president of the board for various organizations.
